BARGAIN RATES on SITES, SUNDAY through THURSDAYStay 3 nights and get 5% off the total site fee. Stay 4 nights and get 10% off the total site fee. Stay 5 nights and get 20% off the total site fee.
Additional Rate Information Rates are subject to state and local taxes. They are based on a family of 2 adults and up to 6 of their dependent children under age 18 with one vehicle. The charge for additional people or day guest $3.00 per night /day with a maximum of 4 adults per site. Visitors will be subject to the day or night fee if they cannot be added to the site under the 2 adults and 6 children rates. The charge for an additional vehicle is $2.00 per night with a maximum of 2 vehicles per campsite. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 1:00pm.

Save Gas, Time and Money with a Semi-Seasonal Pass
The Semi-Seasonal Pass gives you many of the comforts of a Seasonal site without the expense. It is an easy and economical way to camp. We store your trailer between visits and when you arrive, your trailer is already on the site. No more worries about backing up onto the site or leveling, it's done for you. No more headaches hooking everything up and pulling your trailer. All you do is make the reservation and present your Pass when you check-in.
A valid Semi-Seasonal Pass provides you with the following benefits:
Use of the campground facilities.
Storage of your trailer 4/15 through 10/15.
Trailers moved to and from the site.*
Invitation to attend all Seasonal Camper activities.
Reservations made using your pass.
The Pass can be used any time during our open season.
The Pass is valid for the purchaser, from opening day of the issued camping season, or as soon as purchased, which ever is later; and will expire in one year, or when all the punches are used, whichever is sooner. Normal check-in and check-out times as well as all park rules still apply.
The cost of the pass is $279.00 for a 25 punch card.
Punches will be removed from the Pass using the following rules:
Sunday through Thursday 2 punches per night. SAVE UP TO 42% *
Friday and Saturday 3 punches per night. SAVE UP TO 15% *
Holiday weekends 4 punches per night.
Reservations that are canceled 72 hours prior to check-in time, 1 punch. Reservations that are canceled less than 72 hours prior to check-in time, 3 punches.
Punches are based on a family of 2 adults and up to 6 of their dependent children, under the age of 18. Additional people are charged at the seasonal guest rate.
*Savings based on a full hookup site from 5/24 to 9/3
*Leveling and moving service is not available for 5th wheel trailers. Call 1-800-774-0535 for more information.

Tipi Rental
Kids and adults alike love the atmosphere of staying in a traditional Tipi. Our Tipi is set on a wooden deck surrounded by trees and just a stone's throw away from the pool, recreation hall and restrooms. The Tipi is of Sioux design and is roughly twenty feet across and twenty-five feet tall. For those who require a little more than atmosphere, there is an electrical outlet mounted on the deck and a water faucet next to the side of the tipi. Click here to view pictures of the Tipi

Pop-up Rentals
Through a resaler we have arranged to have new or almost new pop-up trailers for rental. All pop-ups are made by Coleman and are one or two years old. They have heaters, air-conditioning, refrigerator,a cold-water sink, 3-burner propane stove, electric outlets, lights, table with booth seating and two queensize beds. These units are really infirst class shape and will sleep up to six. The popup is already setup when you arrive, all you need to do is move in. Only the Pop-up is supplied so you will need to bring sleeping bags or some type of bedding and eating / cooking utensils. Click here to view pictures of a pop-up

Camping Equipment
If you have forgotten something at home there is a good chance it can be rented or purchased from the campground store. Miscellaneous camping equipment like sleeping bags, flashlights or coolers are available. Check at the store for your forgotten items.

Reservations and Deposits |

Reservations
Reservations for campsites are accepted with a $30.00 deposit and reservations for rentals are accepted with a $40.00 deposit.
Deposits can be made by check or credit card. Deposits paid by check must be received within 10 days of making the reservation, to guarantee a site. Deposits paid by credit card will be charged upon making the reservation.
Cancellations
The entire deposit is forfeited if you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours before check-in time. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged on all refundable campsite cancellations and a $20.00 handling fee will be charged on all refundable rental cancellations.

Campground Information & Amenities |
In the Recreation Hall we have a Movie Room, Game Room, Family Room with couches and a fireplace. Outside we have a 50-foot circus tent and seating for 120 that we use for activities like Christmas in July, Potluck Dinners, Dances, and Family Reunions We have half court Basketball, Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, a small Mini-Golf course and Playground featuring a 27-foot Sandbox. We have board games, basketballs and sports equipment that can be checked out for your use. Our 60-foot pool is heated and is open daily, weather permitting from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We strive to provide a place for families to spend quality time together. Some families choose to spend their day in town at the water parks and sight seeing. Others choose to stay here and participate in the activities we provide, still others take advantage of a combination of both, spending the day in town and coming back for our free Hay Rides and Movies.
We realize your vacation time flies by all too quickly, and you want to make the most of it. It is important to pick the right place for you. It is our hope you will choose Dells TimberLand for your next vacation getaway. |
